Our eBalance™ Virtual Concierge model offers everything you need in one convenient place. No matter where you are – at work, at home or away – just log onto your own members-only website and ask your personal concierge for assistance. Though online, the concierge is a real person who will attend to the needs of your staff in any way they can, from making travel arrangements, ordering flowers for a loved one, or finding a nearby day care center.
But it’s not just a “concierge”. Your website is a full-featured portal, providing a wide variety of services and amenities all by itself, including:
- A wide variety of discounts for products and services from local and national vendors
- Personal event reminders and online personal calendars
- Local weather, traffic, and directions information
- Event planning
- On-site classified ads (an “internal Craig’s List”)
- Virtual bulletin boards, newsletters, and other features as desired
This option alone is designed for off campus affiliates of the health system who desire access to concierge services, and may also serve the needs of a critical access hospital.
ON-SITE CONCIERGE
The on-site concierge model continues all the benefits of the eBalance™ Virtual Concierge website, with the irreplaceable benefit of an actual on-site individual trained to best facilitate your staff’s needs and goals. There are two options for the on-site concierge model:
Option A:
Option A is a complete turnkey concierge program which includes proprietary program management software access, policies and procedures, ongoing management of local and national vendor discounts, marketing initiatives, on site implementation consultation, job descriptions, satisfaction surveys, etc.
In this model the hospital or health system employs the concierge staff and manages the program. Option A may fit with a hospital or health system which has someone ready to assume the role of managing the concierge program, and has existing staff to begin offering the services.
Option B:
Option B is an all inclusive turn-key program, including the employment, insurances and management of the concierge staff. This option includes all the benefits of Option A, but will support a health system’s goal of implementing a concierge program without the responsibility for adding FTE’s and program management responsibilities.
Each plan has its own unique benefits. Learn about Balance Concierge's consultation process, and let us help evaluate which program is right for you.
